BP had been racked across the coals for the oil spill.....
....as rightfully so! Also, I heard Transocean name mentioned, a little bit. But, what about Halliburton? From what I've been reading, they are just as much accountable as BP and Transocean for the spill. If that is true, how come the "Liberal Media" has not covered any of their involvement.

However, if I am wrong please correct me!

1. Who was in the control room insisting that the well be brought in
quickly because it was already past the scheduled date? Who did that person answer to, on up to Tony Hayward?

4. I think Haliburton cemented, and they used the cement provided by
BP (or Transocean?). Not sure where the liability lies.

3. Wouldn't worry about it
It's the courts who'll decide - sooner or later.

5. They have? When did that happen? What did I miss?
All I've seen is a tiny bit of bad publicity for the name.

I have not seen a single exec arrested for murder.
I have not seen a single fine be applied (yes a bill was sent for cleanup, but no fines as of yet that I know of)
I have not seen a call for regulation of BP and the industry (yeah Obama has finally flip flopped and now thinks drilling is not as safe as he previously thought)
I have not seen any BP assets seized.

You know what I do see? Lines at BP gas stations and carts with Castrol oil in the auto parts store.

If thats raked over the coals wtf would you call any serious action against BP? Just curious.
