1. One would think that a car thief like Issa would want to keep himself
out of the news. What an embarrassment for Kalleefornia.

2. Is the media still talking about this non-scandal today?
I had hoped we'd stop hearing about this nonsense this week.

3. LOVE IT-Political Correction: The REAL Darrell Issa
The REAL Darrell Issa
1 hour and 5 minutes ago — Melinda Warner
What do you get when you combine a car thief, suspected arsonist, criminal associate, great private wealth, and a drive for political stardom? You get Darrell Issa, congressman representing the 49th district of California.

While he has been gunning for Democrats for several years from his post on the House Oversight Committee, Rep. Issa has lately been clamoring for the media attention that comes with an attempt to bring down a White House. Issa has been on every news network discussing the "scandal" of a job offer made to Joe Sestak...despite numerous sources who insist there is nothing criminal or suspect about the situation.

Issa's past makes this new pressure for an investigation all the more interesting. Whether it has been surreptitiously taking a business partner to court to gain control, seeing his company go up in suspicious flames, or defending a colleague convicted of bribery and fraud, Issa certainly has had the personal and professional experience one might need in order to sniff out nefarious activity in others.

Want more on Issa?

4. He was just on MSNBC. He called in and thanked Tamron Hall for continuing to
report on this important, legal matter. That's not a direct quote, but he went on and on to say how Obama broke the law, the admin. LIED, and they need an investigation. :eyes:

6. I sure missed David Schuster during that filibuster
Schuster would have shut Issa down with some appropriate questions.

11. She DID point out that someone from his state
(I forget if he was a law professor or something similar) said there is nothing to this story and that it is not a crime. That didn't phase him. I heard her trying to interrupt him, but she couldn't and let him go on and on.

12. Thanks..at least she got that out. As far as
issa's non acknowledgement of facts..that's his MO so maybe he'll start a Sestak birfer movement and go down in judicial flames like orly.
