1. Thanks -- full motor and speech skills. I had a very mild stroke and the only

symptoms I had after were numbness around my lips (when I put on my lipstick I looked like Lucy Ricardo) and a little numbness in my fingertips. Also, had a hell of a time determining which knob turned on which burner on the stove, and which direction to turn the handle in the shower for hot and cold. Other than that... hope he gets off as lightly as I did.

5. I hope he recovers as well as you did gateley.
I am glad you didn't have many lasting symptoms.
When I heard Joe was with him at the hospital, I knew it had to be fairly serious. Thankfully, it was only a mild stroke. The Bidens have been through so much already...

12. How did you know that is what it was?
Did you go to the doctor for those symptoms? I had a blackout two weeks ago and went to the MD, but he said it was caused by a virus I had at the time -- didn't know a virus could cause that.

2. Good news. The latest generation stroke meds are amazing.
I am sure the Bidens, the Obamas, as well as the entire WH staff are greatly relieved.
