of the WH's facebook, youtube etc

So I've been wondering every since the Obama Administration launched itself into the internet world but with the notice that all comments will be archived under the Presidential Records Act.....

1) The majority of posts on the White House facebook, youtube and possibly flickr accounts are constructive--whether pro or anti Obama or government. But a larger majority are simply hatred messages, unsubstantiated claims and extremist bigotry. So my question is simple: Will such filth--and they certainly are filth--be really etched in President Obama's Presidential records when he leaves? Will scholars or citizens have to look through such junk if they want to research on his Presidential history in the future?

2)All these people comment seem to think the government's only media outlet is the White Hose social network sites. They fail to notice (or deliberately dont notice) that the different federal departments--including defence, state, interior etc--all have such facebook pages but are free from such "filth" or comments. The government is bigger than just 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue or do they think these departments and agencies are "pure" because a certain man is not part of it?
