What does SWAT have to do with oil rigs?

Can someone tell me why SWAT teams are being deployed to inspect oil rigs? What the hell do they know about it?

"I know exactly what is going on with the Armed Teams headed to the rigs. When Oilfield workers leave the Oilfield Company Heliports in South Louisiana to go to the rigs they are not screened as in the regional airports in South Louisiana like in Houma, Morgan City, New Orleans, Lake Charles or Lafayette. There luggage is not checked at all. What probably happened or their theory suggests that a oilfield worker slipped aboard with a bomb and probably detonated it on or off his shift.
