13. I disagree. I don't even think they are exemplary at being turds.
That is an insult to turds everywhere.

;-)

7. The bill is going to be repealed....
... if the GOP powers that be are already seeing the electoral down-sides of this enough to speak out against it then it wont last.

HOPEFULLY, we'll be able to reap the benefits from it and it will disrupt the lives of as few people as possible.

9. They're vile creatures who have messed up America and fomented hatred in different ways?

But then again, this must be a sign of the apocalypse if all three of these bigots find the law in AZ a little bit "extreme".

Let's break it down to brass tacks.

Each of them have never found anything the RNC did "over the top". In the past, they would throw a vast celebration over the fact that finally something was done to curb "them immigrants". :eyes:

There's a more common explanation knowing that each of these three would not have a proper change of heart: they did not expect the outcry that was coming. Furthermore, the RNC needs the Latino vote very badly in order to win back the governorship and House seats across the country.

Don't worry. Their hearts are still colder than the vast reaches of the universe.

11. The Republicans can never win for years if they turn the Hispanic
Voters against them. Since they do not get very many African
American votes, and there are not enough Independents for
them to win, they must get a certain percent of Hispanics.

Karl Rove and GWB had really worked on developing in roads
into the Hispanic Community. GWB was able to attract enough
Hispanics to get him elected and keep him in office.

Naturally Jeb Bush Karl Rove and surprisingly Tancredo(who
has in the past has made some firebrand anti- Immigrant speeches)
are looking at the bigger picture and future elections.
