1. Wink wink nudge nudge tea baggers are independents that voted for and supported
republicons for the last 30 years but became independents after McCain and Palin lost in 2008. See that way they can claim no party affiliation just like Ron Paul who really isn't republicon even though he is a card carrying republicon who gets his funds from the RNC, its called being what you are without having to suffer for what your actions cause.

3. Teabager ACTIVISTS(as opposed to grassroots) are Conservatives
Many identify themselves as Conservatives. However the
NYT poll show they overwhelmingly vote for Republicans.
You might call them disgrutled Republicans because they
of not think the Party is RW enough. What counts is how
they vote--they vote Republican.

Activists, are primarily white male, protestant, above
average incomes, more educated--college degrees or at least
some college. TB Activitists are well organized and well
funded. They have been around for a while--effective in
bringing down Gray Davis and putting AH-NOLD in governorship
of California.

They are very effective at Mob Psychology and therefore they
keep the grassroots all 'roiled up".
