If you could force Teabaggers to pay extra on top of their taxes.

$20 each way for tolls on EVERY road, everyone else would be free.
$3000 per house fire.
Every garbage collection.
They would be banned from libraries.
No acess to Medicare, VA, Medicaid
How about garbage fees?
Street light fees?
No access to public schools for their children.

I guess they would find it a nuisance.

They talk the talk, so they ought to walk the walk.

4. I'm getting worn out coming to DU to see that most threads
are about what teabaggers said, what teabaggers did, and what teabaggers should do.
At some point, we need to stop talking about them as much as we do,
as I fear we are just magnifying them, just like the media does.
I don't want us to do what the media does......cause it ain't helping anything.
Either we do something about these assholes, like start participating in anti-teabagger rallies,
or we put them in perspective and stop blowing them out of porportion!

Giving them this much attention, doesn't make us smart, I don't think.

6. I agree with you.
It seems like some DUers are obsessed with the teabaggers and Ms. Palin. Some of it is to expose the baggers and Palin stupidity, which we already know, but, most of the time, they're just getting free press on a democratic message board, and the media does enough of that already. I tend to hide most of the threads that discuss teabaggers and palin.

13. I agree.
The "tea party" phenomenon isn't exactly a movement.

It's not grass roots; it's astroturf.

It was started by Fox "News" and right-wing radio. It's an attempt by the right to demonstrate a growing backlash against Democrats in government. This movement is ethereal; it has no more substance than a hologram. It's a molehill being depicted as a mountain.

If we ignored this "movement" for a month it would disappear forever.

5. $
Silly, they don't understand anything. They wouldn't "get it" anyway. Heck, most of them don't know medicare/medicaid isn't government run. Think they'll make the correlation with everything else? Not likely. :)

7. How about a $20 fine to be sent to your favorite Dem candidate everytime .....

anyone here posts about or uses the term teabaggers. Why are we always talking about 'them'. Why are we alienating independents on purpose?

$20 fine - send it to Your Local Dem! It's an election yesr!!!!!

8. I know they spend a lot on birth certificates

You'd be amazed. These people need an original, triple-secret-certified "long form" birth certificate, just to leave the house.
