Chamber of Commerce attacks effort to ban secretly funded ads
Looks like it might be time to make some calls..........Both House and Senate.....
Bloomberg News reports that "U.S. companies would lose their ability to secretly finance political advertising run by organizations such as the U.S. Chamber of Commerce under a bill being considered by Democratic lawmakers."

The effort, led by Rep. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) and Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY), would temper the impacts of the monumental Supreme Court ruling this year.

The Chamber forcefully attacked the bill and questioned the intentions of the two Democrats

2. Not only should this sort of thing be disclosed, I think they should have to announce it
before and after the ad.

4. The bill MUST include provisions banning shell corporations.
The corporations must be revealed as to who supports who.

It's a simple provision because corporations can create shell corporations to hide the donors.

That needs to be stopped before it happens.

Otherwise, tax the fuck out of the corporations as if they were people.

6. The Chamber of Commerce is one of the most hardcore right-wing attack machines
They show more hate-ads than the Democrats and Republicans combined. They are the essence of what is wrong with the current system. This bill MUST past to put these evil mofos back where they belong - in hell.

Was told this bill will be presented very soon, at this point the bull is not numbered however I did get on his e-mail list...I did mention they might be receiving a lot of calls, and I hope there are many...I have no use for the Chamber..they have been working towards having a huge impact on our elections....

a bit of history I posted yesterday....
