It's amazing some of the shit they are getting away with. A death thread is a VERY serious thing. They can scream about freedom of speech all they want, but with freedom comes responsibility. What they are doing is not responsible, it's thuggery just as you stated.

The American people chose Barack Obama as president. One of his central priorities was health care reform. This is called representative democracy. If the tea party is against representative democracy they are not patriots. It is as simple as that.

Dear Teabaggers:

When you lose an election, the other guys will usually implement policies you don't like. That's not fascism; that's not totalitarianism. It's democracy. It's not the end of the world. It's not a Mel Gibson movie. Social systems are far too complex and based on inertia for anybody to really fuck them up (though your guy did quite well in his attempt). So enough with the temper tantrums. Enough with the overwrought expressions and the "tree of liberty" being watered, because at this point it is just embarrassing and weird and you sound like a fucking crybaby. 13. Fair enough? What does gain access mean though?

Did I "gain access" to the healthcare system because I didn't want to purchase health insurance before but now am forced to? Is that "gaining access?" Who exactly is in that 32m? Those aren't all preexisting conditions that were previously denied right?
