They're going to save the big ceremony for the reconciliation bill.

3. He should sign the Senate bill tomorrow
The reconciliation bill needs to be voted on by the senate. They need at least 50 votes, which they should have. Then BHO will sign that bill.

cause you can't fix something that isn't law.

He'll sign it low key, I would think.

I ain't holding my breath.
