*I* dont think he'll be signing the bill then. The Senate bill wont start the Recon. process until Tuesday, so I'm predicting a bigger, day time shindig for the signing.

But for him to make a statement from the East Room, I'd expect a full house. Should be fun.

5. Well, by the time it GETS to the White House, it may BE tomorrow.

And tea sounds like a good idea. I may have to make some if I can stop sucking down the OJ long enough.

The earlier it becomes law, the earlier certain parts of reform kick in.

The signing ceremony will be when the reconciliation bill makes it to his desk.
