Expected to be AFTER 11pm tonight.

*I* dont think he'll be signing the bill then. The Senate bill wont start the Recon. process until Tuesday, so I'm predicting a bigger, day time shindig for the signing.

But for him to make a statement from the East Room, I'd expect a full house. Should be fun.

1. I'll drink the coffee - hot tea and
chicken soup for you!

Is he going to sign this into law tonight or tomorrow? Guess he'll tell us when he gives his statement.

And tea sounds like a good idea. I may have to make some if I can stop sucking down the OJ long enough.

2. He should sign it tonight
The earlier it becomes law, the earlier certain parts of reform kick in.

3. He'll probably sign it, but without cameras and fanfare.
The signing ceremony will be when the reconciliation bill makes it to his desk.
