Here is a rough estimate of the timing for Sunday's votes:

2 p.m.: The House will debate for one hour the rules of debate for the reconciliation bill and the Senate bill.

3 p.m.: The House will vote to end debate and vote on the rules of the debate.

3:15 p.m.: The House will debate the reconciliation package for two hours.

5:15 p.m.: The House will vote on the reconciliation package.

5:30 p.m.: The House will debate for 15 minutes on a Republican substitute and then vote on the substitute.

6 p.m.: The House will vote on the final reconciliation package.

6:15 p.m.: If the reconciliation bill passes, the House will immediately vote on the Senate bill, without debate

5. Please dont insult twats, half the population has one!
In fact, Stupak has a war on twats. He wont listen to nuns who have twats and are advocating for health care reform. He wont listen to women who want to make sure their twats are kept healthy. He doesn't believe women should have control over their twats. He wont help an abused or molested twat. He wont help an underaged twat who is too young to bear a child. He wont help a twat that belongs to a woman who can't afford to have a healthy pregnancy. I won't even go into healthcare for twats who happen to love other twats! If it's a question of survival for a twat or a fetus, the twat loses. A twat will have to bear the consequences of a pregnancy that will cause it pain and agony for years to come.

I am sure he has never seen the Vagina Monologues where a twat speaks up about what it wants.

He listens to bishops who don't have twats and don't care much about the consequences of their action for twats!

Twats have absolutely nothing in common with Stupak!

16. Rules adopted on a 224 - 206 vote.
Now it's on to debate and then vote on reconcilation and the senate bill. I suspect the final tally for those will be somewhere in the same neighborhood as the Rules vote (or a wee bit closer).

Vote of confidence? Unusual to use such jr member in crucial debate.
