I've Decided to Cut My Republican Friends Some Slack
After all they are not used to an engaged president....who knows what's going on.

Listen to their comments this morning....

"My God....he KNEW my first name"

"He asked me questions and expected me defend my positions"

"He talked too much during the health care summit"

"He knew I was using props....and called me on it...how unnerving"

I am waiting for the afternoon comments now...

"He should be more like a Republican president and be on vacation somewhere"

"Doesn't he have a Bike to ride?"

"Aren't we having a weather emergency?.....shouldn't he be eating cake somewhere?"

"Isn't there a school class he can read to?"

Just saying...

1. Haha ... it was pretty funny ...
Each of them had prepped for some section or two of the document ... they put up their little complaints, he'd knock them down one by one ... and then the talking point flood would begin.

Cantor's was the funniest. He rattled off a sad little list of specific issues, Obama crushed them one by one, and so Cantor says basiclly ... "Oh yea ... well ... well ... I don't care about any of that ... IT'S TOO BIG!!! WaaaaWaaaaaWaaaaaa!!!!!!!"

4. Too bad one of them didn't bring a real Etch-a-Sketch as a prop

instead of pretending to use one.

On edit:

I wonder if anyone from SNL caught that and might use it in one of their skits?
