1. Wonderful moment.
Democrats want to move this forward.

John McCain, not so much of a President, can't quite "get it".

2. Wow.
He does have balls.

One tough, smart President, our Obama.

I always knew it, and it's about time he showed everyone.

5. What drives me crazy is we'll see a flash of the Obama we always wanted...
but then that guy will disappear and Mr. Wimpy wonky timid bi-partisan surfaces again!

Maddening!~

3. McCain is a LOSER
I just love how Obama politely makes McCain look like the fool that he is.

6. And McCain replied, "I'm reminded of it every day" . Oh how he hated to lose.
He's just miserable. He must wake up every morning look in the mirroe and say LOSER.

8. Agree with all comments 100% - BUT... I'd rather have McCain
doddering around than that Birther JD Somebody - Hayworth, I believe... That guy is bloody frightening... McCain is, well, McCain. Equal amount of bluster and confusion, and plenty of both.

I really didn't understand McCain or the others who repeated similar statements: He's mad that Florida might have something different than Arizona, (does that mean he's for some legislation making things equal for all states? Wouldn't that mean it'd be a "federal" rule?) But he/they are against state's rights...

-- But they want people to be able to cross state lines for health insurance - national

-- But they want to increase high risk pools (which are cruel and medieval) - unequal

-- And they want "tort reform" of the ugliest sort (so glad they got called out for the actual details - more discrimination against the un-wealthy, unfortunate and injured

-- But if they got tort reform, wouldn't that mean a federal law?

I could go on and on...

7. Who wants to bet they had McCain come out and fearmonger re: reconcilliation
because he is one of the only repukes who can speak to moderates. It certainly would not work to have Palin come out in fear of reconcilliation... nobody with half a brain believes her.
