promotion prevention messages, etc. They were pretty mainstream and supportable by the data at first, but he started injecting his increasingly RW attitudes into it over time. Clearly, he is into blaming the individual for illness (he's an orthopedic surgeon) and can not seem to fathom that not all illness is due to poor behaviors nor that all illness can be prevented even with the best and most healthy practices.

He went from being a rational physician to a typical RW asshole and his MD credentials unfortunately are giving him more creds than he deserves.
