Tea Party to field candidate in battle for Harry Reid’s Senate seat
Sun columnist Jon Ralston is reporting that the Tea Party has qualified as a third party in Nevada and will have a candidate in the Senate race to battle for the seat held by Majority Leader Harry Reid.

Could be a big break for Sen. Reid.

2. As much as he pisses me off, I hope he keeps his seat. Good news for Harry

3. Keep his seat, yes. Keep on as Majority Leader, no.
We need someone with a spine and Harry's is still MIA.

4. At this point a 3rd party tea party candidate can only help Reid given his low numbers
This is probably good news for Reid, especially if the guy polls in low double digits. At this point with Reid losing to even no name republicans he's probably already screwed in a 1 on 1 contest, so throwing in an extra candidate similar to the GOP on most issues can only help Reid.
