9. He cracked me up! And I loved the comment about "going to the right"
He was asked about his ability to go the right since he's a lefty.

He said he thought he proved that he could go to his right by meeting with the Republicans yesterday! Then he went back to commenting on his basketball skills. Too funny!

12. And here is the color commentary on the President (via Twitter.)
Edited on Sat Jan-30-10 02:43 PM by Clio the Leo
From "WestWingReport"
http://twitter.com/WestWingReport

The President went to the Georgetown-Duke game at Verizon Ctr.

Obama (a Columbia grad) doesn't appear to be cheering for either Georgetown or Duke. But aide Reggie Love played for Coach K.

With the President today: the VP, Axelrod and Gibbs. Duke & Georgetown are using the game to launch an aid to Darfur pgm.

What $40,000 a year buys Part I: A shirtless Georgetown fan started screaming filthy language after a call in the Duke game (more)

What $40,000 a year buys Part II: Another student screamed @ the 1st guy: "Dude! The President of the United States is sitting right there!"

During a break, a ref came as close to the President as he could get, with a ball. "Sir?" & gestured if Obama wanted to take a shot.

At halftime, the President posed for pictures. Reggie Love, the Duke alum, is sitting elsewhere. (Couldn't stand to be among the Hoyas)

26. Even worse, I heard he slept for over 5 hours last night.
What the hell is he doing sleeping with all the problems we have? George never wasted time sleeping, going to ball games, or taking vacations. He was out there 24/7 defending the Homeland.
