Ouch...Gillibrand slams Ford on Twitter, says he would sit on Repub side of the Aisle during SOTU
Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) on Wednesday said that her potential primary opponent, former Rep. Harold Ford (D), would sit on the Republican side during the State of the Union address.

Gillibrand and Ford, a centrist Tennessee transplant who has expressed interest in challenging the junior senator, have exchanged blows this week.

The senator said on her Twitter account:

Looking forward to the #SOTU tonight. If HF were here, he would probably be sitting on the Republican side.

President Barack Obama will deliver his State of the Union address Wednesday night to a joint session of Congress, where Democrat and Republican lawmakers traditionally sit on separate sides of the aisle.

She has some fire and spirit in her. I don't think she will just sit back and let Ford control the primary if he does run against her.

1. She may turn out to be far more than he bargained for...
and may well send him scurrying for the "loving comfort" of DINO land back in Tennessee. We can only hope.

6. Gillibrand calls Ford: anti-gay rights, anti-abortion, anti-immigrant tool of Wall Street
Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) is finally heeding New York Democrats’ advice that she get tough with Harold Ford Jr. — slamming the former Memphis congressman as an anti-gay rights, anti-abortion, anti-immigrant tool of Wall Street money lords.

7. Yeah, I've read a few comments
Senator Gillibrand has made about Ford and they were all cuttingly accurate.
