President Obama, go further than clawing back TARP money from the top
50 banks...

Push for a transaction tax on all the Exchanges operating in the US.

It is not because of economic concerns that a commentator will say a relatively light day on the NYSE today. Only 1.5 billion shares were traded.

1.5 billion trades. That is purely for profit taking on the margins and has nothing much to do with the over all economy. But it can hurt the economy.

Transaction tax on all exchanges.

This would stop these purely financial rises in essential commodities such as Oil and Natural Gas.

Economics is perverted by speculation.
