Martha Coakley should be elected on her merits!
Scott Brown, who owns five mansions while pretending he is one "of the people," used the clever ruse of saying he would vote against the unpopular HCR were he elected. People should ask themselves what Scott Brown really stands for. If one is unhappy about the corporate wing of the Democratic Party, how much more unhappy one will be with a 100-percent corporatist like Brown?

I sincerely believe it is a mistake to use the unpopular and fatally flawed HCR as a reason for not voting for Coakley. She had nothing to do with the shenanigans of the likes of Baucus, Lieberman, and Nelson, and it is unlikely she would have been another addition to the Blue Dogs were she in Congress today.

Coakley may not be a perfect candidate, and she did make some mistakes as Attorney General, but at the end of the day we have a moderate Democrat running against a man that is way to the right of Mitt Romney.

The danger for Coakley is if not enough people go to the polls on Tuesday to vote for her. People have to realize that no matter one's reservations about HCR, that it should not be part of the equation when voting for Coakley.

Martha Coakley should be elected on her merits!

5. k&r I understand the anger at HCR I have some too. However,
Martha is a good Dem. We need her to win here in MA. Her loss will not stop the bill. We are getting the bill regardless and we here in MA do not need a republican senator. I am heart sick over this possible loss. Say it ain't so.
