23. What will be interesting is to see if anyone loses their jobs over this.

Since 300 lives a a minimum were at stake, it would seem that someone who dropped the ball should be fired. I recall the outcry after the NYC photo op flyover with air force one that resulted in a fired employee. I'm hard pressed to legitimize someone this time around keeping their position if it can be found that these shortcomings fall close to one group or one person specifically.

It wi be interesting to see what happens after the final reviews are made and analyzed.
