Son of former Argentine president shoots self in knee

BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA—The son of former Argentina president Carlos Menem is in the hospital again after another driving incident.

This time Carlos Nair Menem has shot himself in the right knee.

According to radio interviews, Menem was double-parked outside a nightclub when a truck driver honked at him to move early Wednesday.

The truck driver tells Radio La Red that Menem threatened him with a revolver, which fired and hit Menem in the knee as both men wrestled with the gun.
