According to various Colombian media, the Supreme Court did not find any evidence against Polo Democratico Senator Alexander Lopez.

Lopez told newspaper El Tiempo that he will meet with members of the Polo Democratico Party to discuss his options for legal retaliation against what he considers to be a conspiracy devised by the administration of former President Alvaro Uribe against the opposition.

They are desperate, and ruthless. Hope they will continue to fail.

2. So glad to see one branch of the Colombian government doing its job, at least in this case,

and trying to it in others as well, though they have had great obstacles placed in the path of justice by Uribe's Mob operation and by the U.S. government.

I hope that Senator Lopez is able to sue these criminals for slander without getting a bullet in his head from Uribe's thugs.
