His real name is Hichster Londoño Hasmet. He makes his living protecting cars in a Bogota zone known for its night life, prostis and travestis ... His rifle is make of wood, police in the area know him so do not bother him.

He started to let his beard grow after 9/11/2001 when he realized his appearance matched OBL's.

3. Would you want to start a car which a terrorist had been "guarding?" Yikes.
I'll bet he adds a lot of interest to an otherwise ordinary environment.

The bar owners might pay him to make his presence known around closing time to encourage the patrons to go home.
