Vigils for Cuban 5 in El Salvador, USA, Canada

San Salvador, Nov 17 (Prensa Latina) Vigils for the release of the five Cuban antiterrorists unfairly held in U.S. prisons will take place in the United States, Canada, and El Salvador, organizers informed.

The president of the Salvadoran Cuba Solidarity Committee, Raul Martinez, told Prensa Latina the action will be held simultaneously in those three countries on December 17.

The vigil, entitled Salvadorans Worldwide for the Five, is part of the international condemnation of the injustice committed against those fighters.

Members of the committee, grassroot ecclesiastical communities, and the FMLN Association of War Veterans will take part, said Martinez, a young lawyer.
