Video in Spanish.

He sends a message to Chavez (Mauricio: 6'57) warning him that the "plan integral" has started. Its execution has started with OAS and Costa Rica latest events. The military operation goes. A combination of Colombian/US forces.

Chavez says the same source alerted him to the 2002 coup, mentions the buildup in Costa Rica.

I am holding back on judgement on this, but makes me wonder whether Chavez has a mole inside the Pentagon or State Department.
