Chavez: Venezuela buying more K-8 planes

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez says he has signed off on spending $82 million to buy a second shipment of Chinese-made K-8 military planes.

It's too bad that Chavez is following Washington's lead and spending money on un-needed military equipment while there is poverty at home.
