1. Fun. I have a good Honduras story.

I have only been there once, 21 or so years ago. I was traveling by myself. I flew from Belize to San Pedro Sula. I just wanted to go to the ocean. I got in a taxi with another woman, asked her to recommend a hotel, and she invited me to stay at her house. I spent a week or so there; we wrote for a few years but then lost contact. She would not accept money for my stay. What heart!

4. The last time I visited El Salvadoar was in 1968.

The minutero said he wanted to marry me and go to the United States.

But I was only a little girl then so maybe he only wanted my quarter.
