I am OUTRAGED that you have decided to remove 3 candidates from the democratic debate!! In particular, Joe Biden!! You didn't even wait until the Iowa Caucuses were done to SEE if he would surprise, and NOW, even if he did, NO ONE would get to hear him on the issues!!! This is UNACCEPTABLE MEDIA MANIPULATION. The "second tier" ARE second TIER because of the MEDIA. Joe Biden has a TON of support, nationwide, and YOU ALL are completely IGNORING it, for what purpose, I DON'T KNOW.

18. I just called the news center

I pressed one after calling the 1800 number on their contact page (posted above). The person that answered didn't have much information. She said that candidates need to meet a certain criteria by Friday, whatever that means. I just gave her my opinion that the media plays a huge role in getting information out regarding candidates, and that all the candidates running need to be invited. I also asked that they post "the criteria" on their website, and she stated that she doubted they would.

I will also see what local station ABC is & let them know that I will be boycotting their shows. Tonight I will check out some ABC shows & see who some of their major advertisers are & call them as well.

31. While I was reading a bunch of comments on the CSpan article...

I got a call from campaign headquarters. I told him the Internet was exploding with great comments on Joe, but also about the debate article and pointed out where to find it on Huffington, because I knew they checked certain blogs. He wasn't aware of the article, but said he would check and pass on the information...that they couldn't do that when the caucus wasn't even finished. I also pointed out that a bunch of us immediately phoned and emailed them. I'm sure the message will be passed on and that the situation will be looked into.

He thanked us for responding to the station and I told him that anytime Joe is attacked, we respond. <grin>

I truly don't think these people understand how powerful the Internet blogs can be, or realize that we aren't a bunch of nuts.
