Tomorrow morning, DNC Chairman Tim Kaine will introduce a very special speaker at the Democratic Party's Summer Meeting in St. Louis.

Vice President Joe Biden will deliver a keynote address to Democrats in St. Louis and across the country. He'll discuss what's at stake in the November elections -- and lay out the path moving forward in the coming weeks leading up to Election Day.

The speech will start Friday morning at 10:50 a.m. Eastern Time.
