Man, it was barely glossed over in passing in the news. :grr: NO audio.

4. The frozen custard got more coverage than his trip to the Gulf.
No wonder why Joe makes gaffes - he's probably boiling inside. Cheney gets more press than he does.

5. I actually heard positive things about Joe today
Very early this morning, I had Morning Joe on, but I wasn't watching it. I heard them talking about Joe and how much Obama valued him and his opinions. That if Obama didn't like hearing Joe's dissenting voice, he would let him know very quickly. Joe was also described as the most experienced member of the administration. I was on the computer at the time and wish I'd paid more attention to the segment.

Later Keith, of all people, actually made a positive reference to Joe in regards to the war in Afghanistan, basically putting himself and Joe on the same side of the issue.

It wasn't a lot, but it was really satisfying for a change.

6. I heard in passing the "...listening to Joe Biden and me..." from Keith.
Didn't know what it was in reference to, but figured that was probably it.

I'm glad they keep the fact that Joe was opposed to a build up in the news and up front. And I of course post it every chance I get. :7

7. Yeah, that was it
I've never heard Keith mention Joe in any positive way before. He usually just ignores him. Little by little he is getting more credit. I think he will go down in history as a very effective and important VP.

8. I heard the line from Keith as well.
I think most progressives agree with Biden's plan for Afghanistan more...even tho it includes the use of drones.
