Need some vibes from my Bidenites
OK, well I move back home in 5 days. I am very well-organized and ready to return, but today I am lonely and scared shitless. It's just the upcoming change, guess I'd be a dreamer and/or a fool if I wasn't slightly anxious about everything. LOL. I thought I could stay, but I cannot. Now, alot seems to be hitting me at once.

I need to be home, near my family. Life is just too much of a struggle alone here, sick of the wasted energy needed just to survive.

If you can send me some healing energy to assist my passage, esp. on Monday and Weds. I'd be ever so grateful.

Thanks Biden-buddies, I love ya one and all. :loveya:

1. I've been wondering where you've been.
Been wondering how your little romance is going. How your job is going.

That is great you are moving back to the states where you can be with your family.
You bet I am sending you good vibes. :pals:

3. Flux
is the key operative word for both of us. He has it, I have it. But at least now we are only 40 mi. away from each other rather than 4K.

Yes, I am happy to be near my family, they are very supportive, and they know it won't take me long to get back on my feet, for the most part my attitude is pretty positive. This just had to happen, I feel the universe pulling me home for some reason, I have unfinished business to take care of for myself. I feel it, very deeply.

I am not on FB that much anymore, too busy trying to tie up all the loose ends here and prepare for the shitstorm that awaits. HOWEVER, trying to remain upbeat. At least I will not have to be hypervigilant about my language skills anymore. Sheesh, won't miss that. :eyes:

Thanks for the vibes, jill. :loveya:

2. Done! Can ya feel it??
All change is scary - totally understandable.

Usually, no matter how bad something is, at a later point we look back and say 'thank God that happened...'. When I'm going through something I try to tell myself that, I find myself thinking (every time) but this is REALLY different, there's NO WAY I'll ever be grateful for this! I've been proven wrong every time, and it's my hope that down the road you'll be feeling the same way. It's just GETTING to that point that sucks. :7

Hang in there. One step at a time. You can do it.

4. Oh boy, it sure is
I don't like unknowns, but I guess I should stop approaching them with so much trepidation and try to look at the whole thing from a little bit more of an adventurous vantagepoint? I know this had to happen, it's been coming on for a long time, it just took me until this year to realize that the marriage was not working and was never going to work.

I've taken stock, and I do have alot going for me, I remind myself of that everyday. :grouphug: There are others who are going through far worse than I am right now. My thoughts and prayers are with them as well. :hi:

5. None of us likes unknowns, I don't think. Even if an option is preferable, for some
reason we seem to need to cling to what we know, what is, even though we understand it's not the best for us.

When I moved to NC I almost looked at it like a fresh beginning -- a new chapter in my life, and I was pretty excited, although the thought of living in NC didn't thrill me too much.

When I first got there I felt like I was on vacation -- I was so upbeat and it was, what, me worry? That's what I'm hoping for you. Look at it through new eyes, not as though you're 'going back'. It's a new time.

The most stressful for me was getting everything ready to go. I worried about and second-third guessed EVERYTHING. When I got on that airplane, it all seemed to fall away.

10. thanks gateley
  I am trying not to stress out too much about Monday (moving day), and I know by Weds. I will be so happy to be getting on that plane home.

I have so much ahead of me, but I still need to take it one day at a time or else I get jiggy.

6. When we are young,
the "unknowns" are exciting, but as we get older we are understandably a little more cautious and fearful. Fortunately we can later look back and see that most of our fears were unfounded.

Sorry I missed you the other day at Facebook!

8. I read a saying a long time ago:
"If you're going to look back at something & laugh, you just as well laugh now."

I've never been able to do that, but the saying does cross my mind when I'm in the heat of it all & sometimes helps me keep perspective.

Another good saying, which I beleive Winston Churchill said, "If you're going through hell, keep going." Damned good advice.

9. All things change.
You can never step into the same river twice. The path is not difficult for one who has no preferences. May there always be light on your path. Blessings.

thankfully it has helped me to maintain perspective during this time of flux. Just trying to surround myself with as much self-love and positive vibes as possible these days. Our PBS station has had a fund drive and I've caught some very helpful and interesting programs since Weds: Excuses Begone with Dr. Wayne Dyer, Happiness 101 with Tal Ben-Shahir and Ultimate Mind with Philip Hyman. All very uplifting for the spirit!

Thanks for the blessings and wishes.
