Biden coming to town for Leno, DeGeneres taping

BURBANK -- Sen. Joe Biden is scheduled to tape two talk show appearances in Burbank Thursday in his first trip to Southern California since becoming the Democratic vice presidential candidate.

Biden, D-Del., will also speak at two campaign fundraisers in West Hollywood.

He will tape an appearance on NBC's "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" that will air Thursday night, opposite an appearance by Republican presidential candidate John McCain on CBS' "Late Show with David Letterman."

Biden will also be a guest on Ellen DeGeneres' syndicated daytime talk show for future broadcast.

Biden is scheduled to speak at two fundraising events for the Democratic National Committee's Obama Victory Fund, both at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood, an Obama-Biden campaign official told City News Service on the condition of anonymity.

One fundraiser is a $500-per-person reception and the other is a $5,000- per-person reception and dinner

5. I know McCain was on it - saw a clip of them talking about gay marriage

but didn't see McCain come onto the show.

Dancing on Ellen is quite different than ballroom dancing... and who knows what McCain was doing with Jill. Further proof of how McCain has sold his soul in the last 2 years.
