Joe was on the Today show, Ann Curry was a little insensitive
I was late for work when I saw that he would be a guest on the Today Show. Ann Curry interviewed him about the debate. She was pretty assertive with him, a little harsh. Joe has never been one to bite his tongue so he needed no prodding from Ann to be forthright. He answered her question and told her that the proposal to buy houses is nothing new and is covered by the bailout package.

What most disappointed me was she didn't acknowledge his mother in laws passing or extend a condolence. I know it probably didn't bother Joe but it bothered me.

2. I saw it and agree - she also pushed him to say shitty things about McCain
and it's quite obvious that the Obama/Biden camp will NOT throw insults. They've stayed above the garbage throughout this whole campaign and there is no reason for them to get down in the mud now.

His comment about SNL was funny - I love his smile! :7

3. I think these anchors are getting pressure to be tough
That is never necessary with Joe. He's either going to tell you or he won't. I have never seen anyone intimidate him. I remember when he would go on Fox and Chris Wallace would try to bully him. He held his position and would not be intimidated. At the end of the interview Chris told him to lay off the coffee. Chris knew that he just got owned by Joe.

I liked his comment about SNL also. I love his smile too. :)

7. I was so pleased to see him, so bright and early!
I hadn't slept, was watching international financial stuff.

He looked/sounded subdued, initially; maybe the hour, or the circumstances. She might have thanked him for appearing 'under the circumstances.' She did go on to interrupt several times, to my surprise. Haven't seen Today in AGES, so don't understand her role.

Heard later that he'd be in Florida today, and a local station would carry some of it.

12. I think Joe did great - his analysis of McCain's body language
sounds just right to me, and is really damaging since Joe HAS known his a long time. Was that posted out there?

13. I liked seeing Joe attack McCrap and Phalin for their lies and terrible insinuations
It IS dangerous and this shows how desperate they really are.
