Oh wow, I raised my kid right, look at the message on her google
chat memo:

I am not sure where she got this from, but I can tell she is PISSED.

"The truly disgusting thing about Sarah Palin isn't that she's totally unqualified, or a religious zealot, or married to a secessionist, or unable to educate her own daughter about sex, or a fake conservative who raised taxes and porked up earmark millions every chance she got. No, the most disgusting thing about her is what she says about us: That you can ram us in the ass for eight solid years, and we'll not only thank you for your trouble, we'll sign you up for eight more years."

13. Great picture!
I hope I have a close relationship like that with my girls when they get older. My Mom is a Republican so we never talk politics. :(

I am very blessed, I have a fabulous relationship with both of my daughters. We are almost like sisters, but every once in a great while the Mom in me comes out. ROFL!!

Here's my older daughter making the booze run at the Manager's Party, from our vacation in July. We took them to the Caribbean to celebrate our anniversary and my youngest's completing her Master's Degree. We had a blast! I miss them alot. :( But being daughters, they email and chat with me nearly everyday, so I don't feel so far away.

15. I went on a cruise with my Mom last year
Everyone made me go because I had two children back to back (they are 12 1/2 months apart) and I stay at home with them. We went to tons of different islands and had a blast. We stay away from talking about politics because my parents are conservatives (Mom is more moderate but my Dad faithfully listens to Rush everyday). I am 32 so I have lived away from my Mom for 8 years now be we are still very close and she is close with my 3 and 4 year olds. If only I could convince her that McCain sucks. Oh well.

Now that's a good daughter! Making a "booze run"! Yep, you raised her well. Believe me, I expect no less from my daughter.

3. Whoa! Even I'm proud of her vicariously through you. And VERY proud
of you!

i can't help but think of my poor, misguided nephew (who is an angel - really) who actually will be voting for McCain! I totally hold my brother and his wife responsible for not instilling any political morals in their kids. My niece, thankyoujesus, is voting for Obama.

And you should warn her that I might be stealing her statement - verbatim - in the future. :hi:

since my kids were small, I taught them to ask questions -- when it comes to elections, they usually ask the correct ones. They've voted Dem since they were both 18. The younger is a little more politically active than the older one. But both are keenly aware of the consequences of every election, I even got them to vote in local races too.

Your nephew will most likely change his tune at some point, never give up, and keep asking HIM questions, he'll become more aware that way.

11. I found out where she got it from, she cribbed it from Matt Taibbi's
article in the Rolling Stone.

I said, so where did you get that awesome quote? She says: from THAT ROLLING STONE ARTICLE you sent me!!

LOL. Obviously I did not read the entire thing.
