Then we took the kids out to eat and he told the restaurant staff about it too....he's a hoot. :hi:

4. Her event in Waterloo was great...

and she was full of energy afterward (which is amazing since she had gone all over the place!) She just looked SO happy!

And that body man -- reminds me of some rich guy who showed up to help Joe when he was still running for Prez. Do you know who I'm referring to? Really good looking - is this that same guy?

11. Yep, that's me (I chopped about 10" off my hair after the tornado hit...stupidstupidstupid) but have

had the 'sliver' for some time.

Mark has been JRB's body man from the beginning of the 2008 campaign - one of the first people we met - and he is very popular with all supporters/volunteers of the Senator. SO glad that the Senator gets to surround himself with people he knows and trusts.

13. Johnson County is Iowa's largest liberal voting base (at least it appears that way!)

I'm sure that if the Obama/Biden campaign comes back to Iowa before November that Iowa City will get a visit.

I'm so glad you shared them with us. I love how Joe looks someone right in the eye & takes a moment to really acknowledge them. I remember watching Romney during the primaries & he would glance at someone quickly & then, while shaking their hand, he would scan the rest of the crowd or the others in line. It left me with the impression of not really giving a shit about the person in front of him - of looking to see if there was someone 'more important' coming up. Not so with Biden. Damn, he's the greatest!

And Jill - oh my! She looks fantastic! Debi Jr must be flyin'! That photo of the two of them is great!
