I remember when he announced his presidial run on Bill Maher. Maher said something,and just in passing said "of course there's a rumor that you might be in the running" and was going to go on with what he was saying, but Joe said "yeah. I am" REAL low key. Maher was WHA??? and looked shocked.

It was like Joe felt, hell, I'm going to do it, why play games and be coy.

So, he probably sees the absurdity of it all - the games.
