I can't help but think we will be exposing more previously unknown species the more we destroy and intrude on their habitats.

Don't know about this current flap, though. I almost hope it's not -- it's kind of sad.

I believe in everything - or at least I don't disbelieve. We've been proven wrong time and again when we think we've learned all there is to know.

I guess one of the guys involved in this one has made claims in the past and makes money off of the whole Big Foot mystique so I'm a tad suspicious.

7. Yeah - some things about their story are really fishy.

But the cop (one of the people who supposedly found it) sounded like he was telling the truth.

The sticking it in a freezer thing is the goofiest part of all. They said they didn't know who to turn it over to that they could trust, but I would have called reporters and an attorney and some Bigfoot "experts" and had it transported to some facility where they could examine it immediately.

As I said, I hope it's fake because it's kind of sad.

but then if there were Big Feet in the world, eventually they would die, so one would think that a corpse would show up now and then.

9. One of the guys said (and I think it was the guy who had the bogus film

in the past) - how many times do you find bear corpses?

And he also cited Steve Fossett. A two hundred mile area, all the search and rescue, satellite, infared, etc., can't find any trace of him.

You know what I find strange? There are so many stray cats here but you never see a dead one unless it has been hit by a car. Where do cats go to die if they die a natural death? Must be them aliens again.
