1. As long as we're speculating, hmmm...

he was mighty pissed off at Mukasey at the Judiciary Committee hearing. Biden has a pretty strong respect for the Constitution, law, country and government over party politics, etc.

I guess I'd wager it wouldn't be his #1 priority, but he'd certainly put some effort into it, and insist on cleaning house and restoring integrity in many agencies.

I wonder who Joe would pick for Atty General. Probably some very clever person we've never heard of.

if Bush went to war with Iran without Congressional approval, he would use his influence as Chairman of the SFRC to impeach Bush?

I think Joe would do it - especially when it's just one violation after another that we're learning about. He'd be pissed!

I would advise Joe to choose Jonathan Turley as AG. And I know joe would heed my advice. :7
