Anybody hear anything about Biden's Q3 fund raising results? Kucinich met

his goal (and I think it was $300,000 - he sent an e-mail to his supporters), and with the amounts Clinton and Obama raised, who cares if they met theirs -- they've got SO MUCH MONEY!

And this is interesting, by the way. I was surprised to see that Dodd and Richardson are consistently raising more than Biden. And look at poor Gravel. That's downright painful.

1. Unfortunately I think it's only around $2 million
<snip>

Sen. Joe Biden, D-Del., (nearly $2 million for the quarter).....

Rumors are flying around the internets (well www.policialwire.com) that a member of the U.S. Congress who is running for President may be dropping out...the rumor-monger points to Biden or Dodd. x(

2. The Politico - Biden is not going anywhere

Biden's filing

He'll be reporting a bit under $2 million for the quarter, a campaign source says.

That's not a flashy number, but still probably means that it's time to lay off the Biden-dropping-out rumors a bit.

3. That's less than he raised last quarter, but when I compare this Q's amounts
with last, everybody received a lower dollar AMOUNT.

I haven't even given any serious thought as to what I'd do if he DID drop out. I really like Gravel better than any of the others!

4. Yeah, I read that too
AND it had Dodd's #s in there x(.

I want to make clear (if I didn't in my first post) that what I read were rumors over on Taegen Goddard's site Political Wire. Dependent on how frugal each camp has been I think they can stay in (Dodd raised/transferred quite a bit in the 2Q). At least until February 5th

5. I'm shocked that Dodd's $$ wasn't better after his picking up the
firefighters endorsement.

6. You made it clear -- don't worry. I didn't rush to C-Span to watch the
announcement. :)
