Even though I didn't watch the debate, I can't believe all of the people in GDP!! What the fuck is wrong with people??? They're like a bunch of god damn vultures! Jesus Christ!!

1. it is a food fight

I waded in on a thread last night because i was just feeling ornery. People were bickering about whether Obama has substance. I just kept putting snide one-liner answers on both sides of hte question wherever I could think of one. I put about 20-30, and some were really snippy. I got not ONE response. The thread was a couple hours old when jumped in, and by that time it was old news, I guess. Those threads get launched, develop with 3-4 people duking it out, then get dropped and vanish. People don't bother to look for replies to their old posts because they are too busy picking another fight somewhere else.

and the way he did it was just a tad awkward - not bad, but he just stumbled over a word or something in the setup - seemed to me to make it clear that getting the line said was a plan, not just a natural comment.
