So I was at a yard sale in the Vermont boonies today . . .
they had nothing anyone wanted to buy, but a whole lot of people were there (probably because we're all crazy). I spotted a woman who sells in the same shop I do and we chatted for a second. I asked if she'd heard Obama picked Biden (it was early morning) and she got a big smile on her face and said she had. We then proceeded to have a political conversation that resulted in loud laughter from the shoppers when I said a little too loudly, "I can't imagine how anyone could vote for a guy who can't remember how many freaking houses he has." It was the highlight of the day, although I did find a neat mid-century modern cocktail set.

3. I've got to find myself a new camera I can comprehend -
I'm really bad about putting up photos. I usually try to find the same item somewhere on the 'net and reference it, but this set seems to be uncommon because I can't find it. I'm planning to put it on ebay next weekend, so sometime between now and then I'll have a photo to add. Sorry. Technically, I'm about a step above McBush.

4. lol, I too am technologically challenged.
I usually have to call my 70 year old Mom for advice with these new fangled machines.
I'm going to start my auctions next week too. I tried putting some things up in the summer with bad results.Hopefully,it's because people have better things to do in the summer than surf Ebay and not a sign of a tanking economy.

5. I don't sell much in the summer, either, but I put some jewelry
on a couple of weeks ago and it did very well. The artwork I put on didn't even get a watcher though. Art is a tough sell on ebay - for obvious reasons.

6. I'm very interested in WHY no one wants to BUY? Can you explain more about this?
