Can I post an "I'm so happy" post?? LMAO!!

As some of you may or may not know, my oldest son was stop lossed to Iraq
on Christmas Eve 2004. That's the day he got his OIF orders instead of the
expected separation papers. He was working a part-time job, at the time, as
there weren't any full-time available. At any rate, since he came back he was
on unemployment and living at his Dad's house with his brother and sister.
But it wasn't an ideal situation. All his stuff has been in storage since 01-05-05.
He left on 01-06-05. :( I helped him move his stuff to storage, in the driving sleet
and rain and snow. argh... Then, a couple of weeks ago, a friend of his gave him an
'inside' phone number for a possible job opening so he called and they invited him
to take a test and interview. And on Saturday he called me and

HE GOT THE JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

REALLY, REALLY GOOD MONEY with all the benefits!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

I'm soooo relieved and happy and just wanted to share the great news!!!!!

AND he moved into a house with his girlfriend!! Things are looking up him!!!!! :)

And his youngest brother graduates on Sunday and I'm in hog heaven!! :rofl:

Those of us whose sons, daughters, nieces and nephews returned without injury and have been able to re-adjust to civilian life are very lucky.
My nephew went to Iraq early and although it was difficult, he missed the worst part of it.

Celebrate but don't forget that thousands aren't that lucky.
