My Environmental Virtues and Vices

Virtues:

recycle bath water for the laundry (Japanese bath water stays clean, you wash outside the tub)

bicycle for short trips in the neighborhood

drive high-mpg vehicle

gradually replacing all bulbs with CF bulbs

hang clothes out to dry

recycle most glass, metal and plastic


Vices:

run the air conditioner any time it's humid or over 85 from June to September

Still use laundry and dishwasher detergent

I never bring my own bag to the supermarket
