8. and in the end...
After all that time in Iraq, that guy still thinks they attacked us on 9/11. Stunning.

At least they showed the extended deployments and the anger of the families so Bush could have his surge.

12. It's my home town area, I "know" this type of people. I grew up with them.-
Good, solid, steady fok.

How horrible to see the way they've been misused.

How horrible!

13. This was a well done piece.
It was thoughtful and complete. It let you know how much of the burden is carried by how few. It chronicled the disenchantment with this misbegotten adventure. There was a disconnect highlighted between a father and son, both deployed. The son had come to have second thoughts about the "mission"...The Father (apparently unaware of the lies that underwrote the invasion) was getting mad at the flagging support at home.

14. I kept waiting
Edited on Sun May-27-07 07:16 PM by REDSTATELIBERAL
for Scott Pelley to correct the impression that Iraq had anything to do with 9 11. It never happened, the inference was repeated over and over. For some il-informed viewers the idea was only enforced.
When will the media do it's job?

15. "Never underestimate the stupidity of the American people"
An old quote that still holds true today. That father who went to Iraq with his son is one fucked-up, ignorant, brainwashed human being.
