Lara Logan returns to Iraq - "Something out of Armageddon"
The video from Face The Nation is on Crooksandliars.com now. She's been gone 6 weeks and shares her views on the progress of the escalation.

She's the best Iraq War reporter CBS has. Glad she's back "in country". She usually can be counted on to tell the stories that the MSM omits.

It's the lead story here: http://www.crooksandliars.com/

1. One thing she did not point out is more and more people are
leaving Bagdad and that has a major impact on why the civilian deaths are down.

2. Isn't that thge bush regime plan? Kill and/or chase off all Iraqis from Iraq
and let the western oil corps have free & easy access to Iraq's oil?

What we're doing in and to that country is so far beyond merely "supreme crime" it's stunning.

7. Millions are leaving or want to leave Iraq
but, of course, Bushco is not allowing them to come to the US. At least with Vietnam we changed our immigration rules and rescued thousands of Vietnamese who emmigrated here. Not Bush- he don't want no stinkin' Iraqis here (except for photo ops). Good column on this today- I think in the NYT.

8. Bushco hasn't even acknowledged the refugees..
Not that the MSM has been holding their feet to the fire about it. I remember the Vietnam refugees coming to Camp Gruber in Oklahoma. I'd forgotten about that similarity to Vietnam. Those similarities are sure piling up aren't they?

5. Yea I know...
We can't let the fact that she's incredibly beautiful minimize the fact that she's also incredibly courageous and dedicated to her job. She's one of a vanishing breed. A real reporter.

6. Um, that doesn't minimize it - it *enhances* it.

EDIT: Apologies for all of the pronouns - I trust my meaning is clear.
