Hey, here's a great idea. Lets put a mercenary force in Iraq, and lets call it black water. I wonder how that translates in all the various sunni or shiite dialects.


Hmmm. Black... water.

And they keep seeming to get involved in these flare ups in violence. Fallujah, today in Baghdad. Trying to help infrastructure, and yet it's almost as if they are inflaming the situation.

Strange.
