Do you think bush ever feels real grief, loss or sorrow for those he's ordered dead?

Do you think on this, yet another awful Memorial Day that he has a heavy heart or is burdened in any way by all the misery in his wake? Do you think he feels it like Lincoln might have? Do you think he loses sleep, frets and worries, has moments of self doubt or pain, equal to the weight of half a million dead soldiers and innocents?

Do you ever want to vomit when you see him laying a wreath at a Memorial Day service?

21. The reason he fakes it is because he's a pathological narcissist.
As such, he's attuned to being "on stage" .. he craves it. He can't survive without the attention. He feeds on it, voraciously and insatiably. He's very, very practiced at "acting out" whatever will elicit the reactions upon which his perverted ego feeds. His pathological narcissism is effectively untreatable.

49. I see you know the type, TN. And I agree with you fully.
I've had the unfortunate experience of dealing with two pathological narcissists, and, once you catch on, you do find them easy to recognize.

Sadly, as you suggest, attention is his what he's jonesing for, and he doesn't care how he gets it, so if people are protesting him -- even in the millions, as before the Iraq war, he's thrilled.

Bottom line is that he's a sick fuck.

Very sorry to hear about your tooth, and I hope there's a dentist's appointment in your future -- or at the very least good drugs.

That was an important story that needed to be covered, so hat's off to you for seeing that it gets out there! It affected so many people and could have been a huge disaster.

Always a pleasure to see you, doll! :loveya:

It is hard to believe that a blow job offends people so much more than this. How can any parent of someone killed in this idiotic war reconcile that skit that mocks the whole argument for their child's presence in Iraq?

Still makes me ill.

There is a description of sociopaths: "they know the lyrics, but not the tune." Bush feigns feeling upset. He parrots the words, but he can't carry the tune.

I'm often left with the impression that he really thinks that their deaths are a mark of his courage.

52. That's a very interesting point, H2O Man.
I never thought of it in those terms, but I think it makes sense.

Bush is desperate to be seen as top dog, as what we know of his day-to-day demeanor reveals. He wanted a war to mark himself as a "war president," with the supposed macho points that war-presidenting accrues, so any deaths that come with it increase the "warrior" status he never could handle on a personal level.

Very insightful notion.

No ability to feel true remorse or guilt for his actions, no matter how abhorrent. Bush has never had that nor will he ever have that. He's been a done deal psychologically since about age 3. It's scary when you think about how much power he has, considering how broken he is.

Several years ago he'd just come out of an hour long session of meeting the soldiers he'd ordered crippled forever for his personal profit, and I think it momentarily got to him. I think he has a heart, and certain feelings like most humans, but I can never forgive him for lying all those people into their graves.

Fuck his tears, they are meaningless.
