I am worried for the future of this country. It took Google six hours to mention Sanders Filibuster
But it took them seven minutes to announce that there were new photos in the abduction of Brittany Mae Smith, a twelve year old girl absconded with by someone her murdered mother met online.

I am not a conspiracy theorist or anything, but I view Bernie Sanders' Filibuster as historic, and although I grieve for abducted children, this is an example of how our media is slanted toward the prurient and sensational, and away from what matters to the vast majority of the middle class--which might well explain why huge demographic populations vote AGAINST their own best self interest.

Something is wrong with the American Psyche. We are glued to Nancy Grace and the tragedy of missing pretty girls, but we are not tuned in to what unfolds in Congress, or on the Senate floor. I don't understand what Americans are thinking. Are we just zoning out, or giving up, or are we worn out? I don't know the answer, but something is wrong.

In the UK, they are rioting in the streets when rulings come down against their best interests, but we seem way too complacent. I don't know the answer, but I am very, very worried for the future of this country.

2. Why is that so hard to understand when the US media is corporate-owned
thereby Republican-friendly?

Do you really think someone the Left considers heroic is someone the corporate MSM is going to support with airtime?

Change the media ownership; otherwise, expect more of same.

4. Wake up and look at who owns and runs this country.
Banks and corporations run it. People seem more interested in sports, music and movies, NPR spends time letting us know what the weekly gross of various movies were. Want to wake up the powers? Don't strike or take to the streets, If all of us didn't pay their bills for a month what message would that send? Time to push back! Yes I am trying to stir it up.
